Hi, I’m Diana

I wonder what’s bringing you to think about therapy at the moment.

Perhaps something feels difficult, confusing, or stuck. You might be longing for things to feel different, to understand yourself more fully, or to find a greater sense of ease and fulfilment.

Whatever has brought you here, therapy can offer a warm and supportive space to explore what’s happening and discover new ways of being in your life.

What’s going on?

Maybe you’ve found yourself here because you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, or just emotional and unsure what to do.

You might be facing challenges in a relationship, coping with significant life events or changes, or carrying the impact of difficult past experiences such as neglect or abuse.

Or perhaps you’re searching for more meaning and purpose in your life — wanting to understand yourself more deeply or to get unstuck from patterns that no longer serve you.

The reasons for seeking therapy are as individual as the person.

Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone — therapy can help you find a way forward.

What are some of the issues I work with?

When you come into the therapy room, you bring a whole world of experiences within you. Words can only point towards how you experience yourself and your life. Still, it can be useful to name some of the areas I have experience in working with.

Many of my clients have come to therapy with experiences such as:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge

  • Feeling low, down, or depressed

  • Feeling emotional but unsure why or what to do

  • Struggling in relationships — with partners, family, or friends

  • Wanting to understand themselves more deeply

  • Feeling a lack of meaning or purpose in life

  • Finding it hard to cope with current situations or changes

  • Living with the impact of abuse, neglect, or childhood trauma

  • Feeling stuck in patterns or behaviours

  • Going through separation, divorce,

  • Experiencing bereavement and loss

  • Coping with illness, cancer, or recovery

  • Feeling weighed down by the past or overwhelmed by memories

  • Struggling as a parent

  • Navigating midlife transitions or retirement

Whatever you’re facing, therapy offers space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more fully, and begin to move towards change.

How therapy might help you

Therapy gives you a safe and supportive space to explore what’s troubling you; to understand what’s happening and to find new ways of being with the challenges you face.

  • Weekly sessions provide a time for reflection and deeper inquiry into what you’re experiencing

  • Together, we’ll work towards insight, self-acceptance, and empowerment

  • And clarity to make choices that support the life you want

Ready? Take the first step

I like to start with an initial 30-minute session. We can meet online (via Zoom) or in person in London Bridge, Blackheath/Greenwich or Tunbridge Wells.

There’s no charge for this first meeting — it’s an informal conversation about therapy and what’s bringing you here. It’s a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, to ask any questions, and to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
