What are some of the issues I work with?
When you come into the therapy room, you bring a whole world of experiences within you. Words can only point towards how you experience yourself and your life. Still, it can be useful to name some of the areas I have experience in working with.

I like to start with an initial 30-minute session. We can meet online (via Zoom) or in person in London Bridge, Blackheath/Greenwich or Tunbridge Wells.
There’s no charge for this first meeting — it’s an informal conversation about therapy and what’s bringing you here. It’s a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, to ask any questions, and to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
